International Experiences

Music students are active in traveling around the world showcasing their musical talents. Through the University’s signature program, Mercer on Mission, music students have the opportunity to share their talents with people of different cultures and traditions. Mercer ensembles travel internationally giving students the opportunity to perform across the globe. Most recently, Mercer Singers traveled to Normandy, France, and the Wind Ensemble toured England and Ireland. Students of the Robert McDuffie Center for Strings participate in the annual Rome Chamber Music Festival in Italy. Music students also travel to participate in international solo festivals and competitions.
